The One-Shot dosing process can be used for different products and shapes such as pralines, bars and tablets. Regardless of whether you are using liquid fillings or a high viscosity mass , our One-Shot depositors are the right tool for your production.
The unique piston system allows easy cleaning and a quick change-over. All One-Shot depositors can be upgraded to decoration depositor. This enables you to produce products with two colors.Due to our modular design the one shot production line can be extended to a decoration line or kitkat line step by step.
There are removable wheels on the bottom of each machine.Each modulars can be added into or moved out of the production line very easily.
